"I always felt like I was meant to be a light in the world but just couldn't seem to get over the challenges that were smothering my flame. I realized that before I could truly shine bright, I first needed to ignite myself - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Like so many people, I have struggled with low self-worth, disempowering thoughts, emotional blocks, unhealed trauma and spiritual disconnection, which manifested into eating disorders and addictions that impacted all areas of my life.
But I have learned how to free myself from it all, and am on a mission to help others do the same.
If you are struggling, there is hope.
Ignite Your Life was created to help empower you to step-by-step, thought-by-thought, choice-by-choice reconnect with yourself - body, mind and soul - to live your healthiest, most ignited life!"

Meet Your Holistic Guide to Freedom!
Hello! My name is Rachelle...
Hailing from Beaumont, Alberta, I have called British Columbia home for over 20 years, currently residing in beautiful Lake Country in the Okanagan.
Every day, I wake up with awe and gratitude, embracing a life of health, happiness, and deeply connected relationships.
But it wasn’t always like this.
For much of my life, I battled debilitating low self-worth, unhealed trauma, and spiritual disconnection, triggered by childhood abuse and then exasperated by a disempowering mindset and unhealthy choices. I learned at a young age how to escape my inner turmoil with food, eventually developing a variety of eating disorders. Throw some alcohol into the mix, and it's no wonder my life seemed to be continuously falling apart.
I was completely detached from my body and consumed with self-loathing thoughts. I was the master of sabotaging relationships (professional and personal), struggled to connect, and at my lowest point, even attempted to end my life.
My first turning point came in my early 30s when I was introduced to Buddhism while teaching in South Korea. Separating myself from my thoughts was a game-changer. For the next 20 years, I was a spiritual and self-help junkie. I read hundreds of self-help books, and spent tens of thousands of dollars on courses, seminars, and spiritual retreats.
I, of course, tried therapy, and while my psychiatrist was able to help me get off the cliff, I never learned how to stay off.
Lasting transformation eluded me and my healing journey felt like a never-ending rollercoaster of temporary fixes and recurring self-sabotaging patterns.
Then, I discovered these special online programs that focus on Mastering Mindset and Manifestation from a place of taking 100% responsibility for our lives, including learning how and when to surrender. They helped me understand the power of my self-image, and gave me the strategies to change both my perception of and my relationship with myself and the world.
They were unique as they combined the science and the spirituality of our mental and emotional, inner and outer, worlds, which appealed to me as I have a background and passion for physics, but have also had profound spiritual experiences science cannot (yet) explain.
I realized that I had been treating the different aspects of my life as silos, and so my body, mind and soul were always out of alignment. And this was the missing key. Once the mystery was unlocked, true transformation was almost immediate.
I have now completely transformed my health, freeing myself from the negative self-image, eating disorders and addictions that held me back for so long.
It's now my mission to help empower other women to do the same.
